Wuyi Yancha

Main page: Yancha

Yan Cha (lit. "rock tea") from the Wuyi mountain is a type of Oolong Tea that is charcoal-roasted, often to a large extent, to remove all moisture. This roasting process allows these teas to nicely age over several years.

Zhengshan Xiaozhong (Lapsang Souchong)

Main page: Zhengshan Xiaozhong

Zhengshan Xiaozhong is a black tea, originally produced in the Wuyi mountain region. It is characterized by its often strong smokey flavor, which it gets from being smoked over, traditionally, a bed of pine (though some lower quality Zhengshan Xiaozhong is now made with liquid smoke).
