I've added "Brewing" as a category under oolong. Is this the right place to address preparation issues? It seems like an issue that newbies would find of immediate interest and probably each tea type should have a "Brewing" heading they can get to quickly. This is one of those topics where the vendors almost universally fail to provide adequate guidance.

I noticed that we had no definition of "oxidation" so I added a rather long-winded one. I'm wondering if the definition of "oxidation" should be a page of its own residing in some other part of wikiCHA and simply referred to from the oolong, green, black, etc. pages?? But I don't know where to put that sort of a basic vocabulary item. Maybe in the Getting Started section? --Salsero 02:59, 12 February 2008 (EST)
